Saturday, March 25, 2023 - Poured a beautiful bright golden yellow. On the nose seemed to be an almost overbearing petrol note counterbalanced with pear and lime. Honeydew, grapefruit, and honey on the palate accompanied with a wonderful salinity. Had this been presented to me with its vintage undisclosed to me, I would have never guessed it was a 14 year old treat. It had such youthful fruit and spectacular, puckering acidity.
