-translucent light/med gold
-subtle but rich caramel apple
-med- acidity picks up after 2 hrs in glass, med weight, slight oxidative notes, intense minerally bitterness on moderately long finish
-less oxidative than other Jura whites tasted, not sure if lower acidity more reflective of terroir or vintage, no idea what this will do with age, not bad but not as interesting as a good Chablis
