Thursday, March 14, 2013 - Opened it two nights ago and even after several hours it was rough and tannic. Stuck a cork in it (no vin-vac) and came back to it last night. Much smoother but still plenty of tannins. Red fruits dominate with a mix of slightly sour raspberries, ripe stawberries and an interesting note of pomegranate. If blind tasted I would have guessed South America or western Languedoc-Roussillon region.
