Sunday, September 20, 2015 - Pleasant enough Cab Franc. Typical of the CF made in New York, and here, from near Niagra Falls, on the Canadian side. Light in body and flavor. Drinks well. Not a lot of finish. Good for lighter fare. Had with a 'Salad' pizza, which is heavy on the veggies and light on the cheese.
