Tuesday, March 27, 2012 - Popped and poured with etouffe. Aroma has minerals, with a hint of tartness. The taste is really hard to place, with a bit of grassiness and oak coming through. The finish has a bit of acidity as well. This is a much different white than just about any other white I have had. It doesn't do too much to make a big impression, just kind of an easy drinker. Not too bad of a QPR.
