Wednesday, April 11, 2012 - Interesting white field blend. Very Light color and crisp acidity reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc. Loads of green apple, pear, & citrus flavors. Nice subtle mineral flavors and tremendous balance overall but definitely feeling the acidity, which I kinda like actually.
