Lean palate with loads of mineral, tame but very noticeable acidity and interesting flavors. Not really complex, though expressive for sure. Was great with salad and paired well with a rich blue marlin dish before switching to a more texturally interesting wine. Can imagine lots of uses for this throughout the summer.
