Monday, April 23, 2012 - Pulled from the fridge on a 90º+ day and kept on ice. Pale gold color. Nose of green apple, grapefruit, and flowers. Light on the palate, starting with green apple and citrus, followed by a waxy, oily honey reminiscent of Rousanne, but finishes with crushed rocks and citrus acidity, light and crisp. Interesting and unique wine, and excellent on a hot day with grilled fish.
