Saturday, May 12, 2012 - If you're looking for anything wtih butter or oak, look elsewhere. This is a very nice example of a wine that exudes the terroir from which the fruit was grown. Very crisp, slight lemon zest, may some other citrus and lots of slate and wet rocks, like thoe just pulled from a little babling brook about 2 inches deep. Very smooth drinking, nice acidity, medium finish. Went very well with sushi and excited to have another couple of bottles.
