Tuesday, October 2, 2012 - Similar to my notes from my last bottle. Both the nose and palate are very floral, along with rocks/minerals and a distinct white vinyl eraser. A hint of apple/citrus fruit round it out. The aciditiy wasn't as prevalent this time. I still enjoy the nose more than the palate but this is well made and pleasant to drink.
