Friday, May 3, 2013 - Always enjoy the Bedrock whites. This is a great blend that has nothing to do with a 'typical' California white wine. Florality is abundant on the nose with a atypical range of fruit that I can't quite put my finger on. Viscosity is high with a long finish. Nice acidity as a backbone. Fun wine.....
