Monday, March 27, 2023 - Immediately after opening there was no aroma at all and it took almost an hour to have some hit of strawberry and red berry notes on the nose. On the palate, tertiary notes was dominant with acidity at first however it developed in to notes of aged burgundy after an hour or so. Please give the wine some time. Quite impressive for a wine with almost twenty-years of age!
