Sunday, January 19, 2014 - Amazing wine, and I really, really wanted to wait, but just couldn't. Special occasion called for special wine.
Decanted for 1 hour, then small pours in large glasses... so nice. Dark purple/ink color - exactly how you would expect a classic California Cab to look. Really jam filled, lots of raspberry and blackberry and very long-lasting on the tongue. Could have decanted longer and I'm guessing would have been even better and more complex hours later. Hold on to these if you have them, they are going to get even better!
