Saturday, February 14, 2015 - Medium yellow in the glass slightly cloudy (unfiltered), aromatic nose of stone fruits and earth, palate is crisp & clean and alive with nectarine, Bartlett pear, crisp green apple, honey and a hint of herbs and chalk. Beautiful long finish. Our first Wow White of the year from this biodynamic, dry farming pioneer from Paso. Well done. Blend is 57% Grenache Blanc 20% viogner 14% Marsanne 9% Roussanne. Great accompaniment to grilled lobster and herbed potatoes.
