Friday, May 28, 2021 - I find myself having this wine a couple of times a year, and it never disappoints in its delivery. I always slow ox it for a couple of days and then allow time in an open decanter, but I am starting to think that at 20 years old this is becoming less necessary. It is perfection embodied with a depth on the palate and finish which is overwhelming. Orange, honey and burnt caramel combine intoxicatingly, and deliver a very special experience. I do find it needs to be drunk with food. 99+
