Friday, November 21, 2014 - Best Sauternes I've ever tasted. It will be 100 in another year or two.
Unctuous is not a word I often use, but it fits here. Acricot and pear and tropical fruit extracts. Wonderful mouth feel. Great with foie gras and toast with onion.
