Saturday, May 13, 2017 - Color- deep dense purple blue
Nose - black currant and strained red fruit.
Taste - juicy black-currant-blueberry and red currant are the predominant flavors with hints of anise, cedar, and black pepper. The tannins are not overwhelming in potency but do linger and there is mild acidity.
