Friday, February 7, 2020 - Enjoyed this bottle at The Oven after having it in my cellar for ten years. Dark color, no signs of aging, dark nose. I tried a couple of sips after pouring into the decanter, and initially got dark berries and herbs de provence. Decent finish, air opened it after an hour. Loads of pepper and herbs, some pencil lead emerging, subtle licorice, dark fruit. Well balanced. In a good spot but no hurry. Outstanding value.
