Saturday, August 9, 2014 - Splash decant ... This is in a truly beautiful place right now. Fresh and bright, with strawberries on the nose and palate. Ripe and smooth but not at all over-the-top. Well balanced, with good backbone and acid pop. Probably my favorite, now, of the Buoncristiani line. A unique and interesting red that deftly straddles the line between big and lush, and bright and dry.
