Friday, July 5, 2019 - Opened with no decanting, slightly cold...
At this point, I would no longer decant this wine ahead of time.
Incredible complexity and texture. Everything that I'm looking for in a mature Burgundy. It probably peaked a couple of years ago, but will continue to drink nicely for another few years.
