Thursday, April 30, 2020 - Delicious, aromatic, juicy, spicy well-aged slightly effervescent Pinot that could be mistaken for a French noble wine. Although, I drank it with a cassoulet, which in tandem could have raised this wine’s profile. I wish I had another, there are still some years left, though it is drinking very nicely now.
