Friday, April 11, 2014 - Wonderfully dense but still refreshing, the 2004 Pol Roger Brut Rosé delivers abundant minerals adjoined by mature apple and a whiff of sweet brioche. The palate is nicely integrated with a vivid and vocal mousse. A lovely acquaintance well worth tasting if given the opportunity.
