Saturday, March 14, 2015 - Popped & poured by TLV. Fairly dark core, maybe a bit of bricking at the meniscus, but not much. Opens with a Lipton onion soup mix note which quickly blows off revealing violets, blueberry, lavender and mint. The palate shows a nice mix of red and black fruit along with sweet herbs and florals. Lengthy finish. With air, eucalyptus and floral notes dominate. The fruit on the palate becomes more dark and slightly ripe- there's a hint of raisin. Thanks for sharing, TLV.
