Sunday, June 30, 2013 - Once again, another bottle of Trisaetum worthy of one of the best American Rieslings. No American winery I have tasted rieslings from is as consistently great as Trisaetum, in my humble opinion. Mouthwatering acidity, minerality and slight hints of Petrol with some apple notes in the fruit spectrum.
