Saturday, April 8, 2023 - Looking noticeably more developed than I remember from last year, more caramel and burnt toffee and less citrus notes.
Still enjoyable but perhaps fading rather than staying on the plateau for a long time. Might open another bottle soonish to see if it's a consistent development or a one-off.
