Initially light, slightly astringent entry; defined muscular mineral mid-palate with some very classy honey extract; long, layered mineral finish. Fattened up considerably over the course of the evening and developed more of the citrus peel notes I'd been hoping for. Wonderful now, should only improve over the next 4-5 years. 90-91P
