Sunday, February 14, 2016 - The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are fast. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like prune, strawberry jam, cherry, mineral, coffee, nutmeg and violet. It tastes like black currant (cassis), strawberry jam, cherry, forest floor, mineral, vanilla, nutmeg and tobacco. The body is medium. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity. This wine aged very quickly. It tastes like a much older wine. Through its years it has lost most of its finish. It falls short and loses its depth. Drink this wine now.
