Friday, April 11, 2014 - Pale gold color. Airy and lovely aromas of white flowers, citrus and nut oils, honeysuckle, apples and quince makes up a captivating nose. A racy palate follows through with ripe citrus, cream, apple/pear preserves, salty minerals and good balance to the sweetness and acidity. This is indeed quite superb, and for the price, wow!
