Thursday, April 3, 2014 - Eight (Not Angry) Men Drinking Great Wine (Paris Club - Chicago IL): Great color, 2cm ullage. Open 1 hour before serving. Cork ever-so-slightly protruded, very soaked through (thank you, Durand). Started slightly musty and almost a little muddy. Within 15 minutes, fruit started getting more fresh, baking spice emerged with depth and an intensity that expanded over the next couple of hours. Kept getting better. My very last taste (at 2+ hours in glass) seemed slightly muddy, but I think I had just poured myself the dregs from the last of the bottle.
