Saturday, March 10, 2018 - Very nice. Fruity, which in this case means peas and pepper as well as melon. Also a grapey note, which in the context is a pleasant component rather than the dis that it might often be. Plenty of acidity. Drinking well now but was also fine after a couple of days open in the fridge. A nice match with broccoli soup and then chicken sausages with sauerkraut.
