Monday, December 19, 2016 - Popped and poured, first Buehler visit in awhile. Prototypical Cabernet Sauvignon nose, with a tilt toward blue fruit. Along with the fruit on the palate, there's a subtle green pepper note that I really enjoyed. Good acidity. There's life ahead for this, but it's in a nice spot now. Quite a value.
