Sunday, March 3, 2013 - This is a great rosé that I recently brought to Ed's Potsticker house in Chicago. It was a great pairing with the soup dumplings with chili oil, and the smoked pork scallion pancakes with plum sauce. It worked wonderful with every dish. It is still so fresh, and it's strawberry earthy fruit, with just the perfect amount of sweetness balanced the chili oils. This bottle was drained quickly
