Wednesday, December 28, 2016 - Pop and pour and served with food (gilled chicken and pasta e fagioli, in case you were wondering).
Light, tart and fresh but lacking in depth. Bright acidity and a snappy element. Enjoyable but not quite reaching new heights. Good bur not great.
