Sunday, April 23, 2017 - PopnPour, tasted over 4 hrs
-nearly opaque dark red purple
-complex fragrant aromatics with spicy oak wet stone floral plum then some rhubarb-y new world pinot after a few hours of air
-med/med- acidity gives a soft mouthfeel, med/med+ weight, rich and ripe but fading dark fruit and stems/spice, good length
-reminiscent of a Vosne-Romanee from a polished producer, not totally fruit forward any more but not showing mature elements either, best assessment is this is in early maturity
