Tuesday, February 15, 2022 - PNP. Orange peel, cherry, sandalwood and Asian spice on the complex nose. Lithe palate, deeply flavored with cherry and raspberry yet silky and slightly grippy. Medium acid and shows some secondary flavors, but should hold for some time. Seems to have a good percentage of stems included, this wine is a very unique expression of California Pinot (and consistently my favorite domestic Pinot)
