Friday, April 19, 2024 - Beautiful dark golden in color. Initial oxidized nose with old wood, grilled pineapple and salted caramel on the nose. Good acidity and complex flavors of caramel, tropical fruits and beautiful acidity. This wine started off chilled, and it showed more oxidation, but as it slowly warmed up, it really blossomed into floral and tropical fruit notes on the nose and the pallet.
