Wednesday, January 4, 2023 - A month off; 12/10/2022-1/5/2023 (Dubai Sydney Canberra): Red/Purple/Black. Classic aromas of cedar, cassis, touch of mint. More mellow drinking. Oak, apple, light blackcurrant and blackberry fruit and a bit of gingery spice.
