Tuesday, February 28, 2017 - 50th Birthday Celebration Dinner with Wine (Hughes House - Chicago IL): Late night pop-and-pour. Red fruit with Asian five spice start-to-finish. Very good concentration. Still firm with a few sharp elbows, but that's 1995. Very tasty. The last time I had this wine was over 10 years ago, and I think it was from the same person/ case. I enjoyed it much more tonight.
