Thursday, May 8, 2014 - UCGB tasting Bordeaux 2011 (Amsterdam): Beautiful dark fruits and some chocolate in the bouquet. On the palate a supple and round wine with good dark fruits, beautiful oak, a good balance between acidity and sweetness and friendly tannin. Very good qpr and that is why I like this wine. 87 - 88 for now. You can probably start drinking this in 2017 and it will last at least until 2025.
