Friday, June 22, 2012 - Watermelon, cranberry and mint. Not a tutti-fruity rose, more in a herbal and mineral style with a solid core of light red fruits. Hits the palate with cranberry, not much mid-palate, but then finishes strong with earthy cherry and minerality. Tangy and fresh, definitely a food wine.
