Saturday, August 22, 2015 - Perfect looking bottle with a fill well into the neck. Cork came out easily. Outstanding nose of mature red and black fruit, violets, herbs and earth. Soft, fully open and beautiful on the palate. The violet and floral notes really came out with time. Wonderful ripeness. Medium++ finish. Perfect right now. Glad I have 23 more bottles....
