Saturday, April 18, 2015 - Wow, I found the perfect match for Indian food! (Too bad I'm eating a salmon croquette, but it works there too). This is an unexpectedly beautiful wine, all fragrant white flowers, tropical notes, oranges and lemons. It looks viscous but is medium-full bodied and elegant despite somewhat of a punch.
A bit of a tasting conundrum for me; is it a big wine or a graceful wine? Whatever it is, I need to stop passing on the Bedrock Blanc offerings.
