Sunday, December 23, 2012 - Yeah, it needs another year or two but still enjoyable. Dark violet color. Nose is fairly muted at this point with just a whiff of dark fruit. Palate is dark tart cranberry, a touch sour. Mid palate the tannins show up in force. They are not abrasive but hint at what the future holds. Nice QPR and a fun wine from Spain.
