Went to a place called Grand Vin on Duval, local wine shop and store to try to find a few things to tide us over. Didn't know this wine, but for $27, an estate bottling from Alexander Valley, gave it a try.

For the price, this is a find. Floral and nuts on the nose. Buttery, citrus, pineapple, some minerality in the back palate that makes it more crisp than most Calif Chardonnay. Great QPR...and nice wine overall
