Wednesday, January 14, 2015 - As usual, drank with pasta & bolognese. Wine tonight lacked a little fruit, probably slightly dominated by the higher than usual acidity. Tannin was medium as usual. Finish was a shorter than usual. Slightly disappointed in this bottle only. I think, like most Italian, needs more time with this vintage. Will go back to '09s for now. Still love the QPR

Day 2 - Tasted slight better with more balanced acidity w/ tannin.
