Monday, January 18, 2021 - Coravin fun - Lafon Rochet (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Biscuit, wet stone and earth, autumn leaves, brambles and wild blackcurrant. Smells 'wet', touch of pyrazine. And the wetness translates to the palate, medium plus intensity acidity is a little sharp, plentiful tannins are drying and a little grainy, slight unripe blackcurrant; not volatile just a bit unripe. Leather, earth. Interesting.
