Friday, September 7, 2018 - White figs and honey with a spoonful of apricot compote and a dollop of cream on the nose. In the mouth it's more of the same with a waxy texture and a little bitterness to the finish. Arguably a little lacking in acidity but perfectly lovely when adequately chilled and served up with cold roast chicken.
