Sunday, February 18, 2024 - Tasted blimd. Quite muted on the nose and on the palate. I was opened and decanted a couple of hours prior but it’s just nowhere near ready. Faint notes of tobacco, black fruit and eucalyptus, tannins are still quite dry. I’d say wait… at least five years.
