Thursday, November 29, 2007 - French Bakery Sonoma Pinot Noir BYO Dinner (The French Bakery, Kane Concourse, Bay Harbor Islands, FL): Elaine & Ed's wine. To my mind the second best in this extraordinary flight. But that is because the older wines reflected the magic potential that is Pinot Noir, i.e. secondary and tertiary development.
