Sunday, July 2, 2023 - Poured a light straw color to the glass with smaller bubbles than I thought. Yellow fruit, peaches and Asian pear. A little melon and kiwi fruit. Pretty darn refreshing and was enjoyed with peach ice cream (and was an AWESOME pairing). This entry level Roederer NV Sparkling is really solid, and punches way above its price point. Finishes with a sweeter but slightly tart peach and brambly kumquat, a hint of white pepper. Just delicious.
